Richard L. Newman is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and practices Elder Law and Guardianship Law to serve clients in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia counties. Mr. Newman has more than 35 years of legal experience and is affiliated with the following organizations National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; Pennsylvania Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; Pennsylvania Bar Association; Bucks County Bar Association. He is also accredited to practice before the Department of Veteran Affairs. At the present time he is the Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Elder Law Section.
Mr. Newman is an active member of several business and civic organizations including: Bucks County Estate Planning Council; Bucks County Area Agency on Aging Advisory Council; Doylestown Rotary Club (president from 2012-2013). A graduate of Temple University School of Law (1986), Mr. Newman was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Temple University in 1983.
Nicole B. LaBletta is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New York and the State of New Jersey and practices Estate Planning and Litigation. Ms. LaBletta has more than 17 years of legal experience and is affiliated with the following organizations: Montgomery County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association (Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section), Montgomery County Estate Planning Council, Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, and the Junior League of Philadelphia/Holy Cross Cares Day.
Ms. LaBletta is a graduate of Fordham University Law School, New York, NY (2001), and received a Bachelor of Arts in Classics, Magna Cum Laude, at the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, MA (1998).
In her spare time, Ms. LaBletta enjoys spending time with friends and family and giving back to her community.
Julie has worked as a paralegal and an administrative legal assistant for over twenty-five years. Julie graduated from Bloomsburg University with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She began her career in the area of mortgage foreclosure, creditor's rights, real estate and bankruptcy law at Goldbeck, McCafferty & McKeever, P.C., located in Philadelphia. She then was able to utilize her expertise in this area at The Office of Christine Dehney, Esquire where she handled document drafting, courthouse filings and all aspects of client relations. Julie then joined the office of Martha E. Von Rosenstiel, P.C. where she expanded her experience to include case management, office management and training of other legal assistants. After the birth of her twin boys, one of whom has Autism, Julie developed a personal interest in Special Needs Planning and Estate Planning. She joined the office of Anderson Elder Law where she assisted with the drafting of Estate Planning Documents and worked hand in hand with attorneys to accomplish the client's goals with respect to all aspects of their estate planning needs.
Due to a common interest in the area of families with Special Needs children, Julie met Mrs. Steen and joined the Law Office of Randy Hope Steen, Ltd. in 2017. Here she assists with the drafting of Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning and Estate Administration Documents. Julie also creates and coordinates marketing directives and coordinates outreach seminars for families with special needs children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her very active twin boys.
