"MEDIA BEAN COMPANY" PROVIDES EXCEPTIONAL COFFEE AND FOOD BY
EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE COMING TO MEDIA AREA
The Media Bean Company will not be your
average coffee shop. Media Bean Company is
a collaboration of DiFabio’s 9
th Street Catering
founder Frank Agovino and Jim Wurster Cofounder
of New Avenue Foundation, a 501c3
nonprofit public charity whose mission is to
help create more meaningful lives for people
with disabilities. One key part of their mission
is to help find gainful employment and provide
training for adults with disabilities.
The Media Bean
Company will offer on premise fresh roasted,
fair trade coffee from South America and Africa
which will create an amazing coffee product.
The coffee beans, however, will be roasted by
adults with disabilities. “Our adults will be trained how to roast and package the coffee and (they) will
always be supervised,” said Mr. Wurster. “Disabled people are truly a gift and
take pride in what they do. This will be an awesome product because the
employees will care 100%,” he concluded.
In addition to a full line of fresh roasted coffee products Media Bean Company
will offer fresh sandwiches, salads, healthier smoothies and baked goods made on
premise in an express environment. The newly renovated shop will offer a
comfortable setting to enjoy your beverage and meal as well as access free Wi-Fi.
For further information contact Christina Jester at DiFabio’s Market & Tap 484-
